A change in version 1.308.1 introduced a permissions issue for anonymous users trying to view the repository list UI view. Anonymous users encountered a permissions error when loading the repository list view in the UI and could not see all public repositories for a customer organization. Direct repository and package access in the UI was still accessible. No other non-UI functionality was affected and fixed at 23:23 UTC on 2023-11-13.
