We experienced an elevated level of API errors and increased latency in our EU West region for 9 minutes from 11:30 to 11:39 UTC.

All systems have recovered and are now operating within expected parameters. Our engineering team have put in place mitigations to prevent re-occurrence and are continuing to monitor.
