Resolved

Due to issues with Content Security Policy configuration (for non-UK users) we needed to make an emergency deployment today of 0.13. As a part of the upgrade there were issues with instance sizing and the previous caching issue with Pingdom also returned. The 0.13 version has now been deployed, the instances have been upgraded to more powerful sizes, and the cache has been cleared for Pingdom. Apologies for any downtime that may have been experienced!
