We've identified the issue and deployed a fix, live data is being processed as normal again. Our systems are working through the backlog in reporting data and any missing historical records will be backfilled as this backlog is cleared.

Investigating
Our data processing infrastructure is running behind for some customers using custom domains which is causing inaccuracies in the reporting tools. No data has been lost and the system should be caught up shortly.
